Book Two: Refried Justice
Chapter Seven: "A Lesson in Diversity"
June 7th, 1910
Just Outside Perdido
The Posse was now setting out west towards Escalara, the wetback capital, and home to one of the greatest generals in the west, Gen. Buritomandez who single handedly helped 4.8 million illegal aliens into the Alamo, overrunning the native Texans and securing it for Mexico. Needless to say his expertise were needed to take back Blackwater, and al

Chapter Six: "The Skinhead"
June 6th, 1910
Near Rio del Lobo
It was around 7am on a cool morning when our posse arrived at the ole railroad crossing separating the New Austin Territory, from Nuevo Pariso, aka Beaner Land. They faced quite the journey ahead of them. Who knows what kind of troubles Mexico would bring? Cartels? Fat guys and sombreros? George Lopez? No matter, with glory on their side, the Posse would be on their way.

Chapter Five: "Ghost Town"
June 5th, 1910
Tumbleweed, New Austin Territory
Night had fallen over the New Austin Territory. It was a new moon, so the only light available was from the stars, and far off camp fires and settlements that dotted the region. A cool breeze flew over the land, creating distant howls in the cavernous canyons and basins of the area. Far away coyote howls and whines accompanied by horse neighing created a fairly eerie some, if typical atmosphere. The night of June fifth however was different...for those superstitious anyway. These old

June 4th, 1910
Chola's Spring, New Austin Territory
It was just before the ass crack of dawn when the Marston Posse road out of Armadillo to the west. Armadillo was truly the last line of defence against a land without law, order, or proper restroom facilities. It was rumored that at least a hundred gangs roamed these outbound lands, including the most notorious and vicious ones such as Leibler's Gang. Now their mission was to recruit a Ryan Morgan, but unfortunately they had no leads. All they knew was that there was an asshole som

Chapter Three: "The Brains"
June 3rd, 1910
Macfarlane's Ranch, New Austin Territory
The early morning sun rose gently over the sleepy landscape, gently kissing the plains, the trees, and the creeks of Hennigan's Stead. While there were no roosters in the world, far off cries of Injuns going "AHEYAHEYHEY AHEYAHEYHEY" radiated through the small ranch, where Pards and Pardistas were beginning yet another day of work, mostly shoveling shit and playing horse shoes. John and Steve at around 6:30 am were just waking up after a long night of singing, drinking, and e

Chapter Two: "Two Guys, One Mission"
June 3rd, 1910
Tanner's Span, New Austin Territory
After a long, 10 minute gallop across West Elizabeth, John and Steve were able to hold their own against 5 waves of perusing gang members. It was now just past midnight, an a cool breeze ruffled John's outer shirt. Looking across the railroad trestle, Hennigan's Stead was in full view. In the distance he could see small campfires, and the searc

So last week i was sitting at a lobby at my campus and I overhear this girl talking on the phone. Now I'm no expert at Asiatic linguistics to any extent but I assume she was speaking Chinese. At my table there was a (very large) empty bucket of instant noodles, which at the time i didn't know was hers.
So she's talking on the phone for like 20 minutes, and I'm just studying for my midterm, but i have to say it was getting on my nerves. Finally she hangs up and walks over to my table with the empty noodle bucket. To my surprise, she says in a rather deep non accented voice.
"JESUS CHRIST" and grabs the empty noodle bucket, discarding it in a
So I just got back from seeing Paranormal Activity 2, and I have to say it fails to please. Lets begin with the setting. Like the first, this film takes place in an upscale tract house probably along the West Coast. A ultramodern touch mixed with a fusion of architectures produces a setting that simply lacks mystery. Now one might say that it makes the film all the more realistic and ultimately terrifying, but lets get real. Any average American family lacks the systematic cleanliness of these homes, not to mention the financial fortitude to not necessary own the home, but to afford it's rather expensive appliances. Overall it is a blatant ov
